The most important aspect of the Summer Urban Initiative is sharing the gospel with our campers. It is our mission to ensure that all children who come to Stoney Creek Ranch understand God’s unconditional love for them and the eternal impact His love has on their life.
Our staff incorporates the love of God throughout all aspects of camp – through prayer at meal times, during cabin devotionals, and even in the midst of our fun activities.
At a specified time during each session, campers are given what we call the Gospel Presentation. During this time, our staff utilizes age-appropriate language to explain the story of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection and what that means in our lives today.
