For nine weeks each summer (10 sessions), Stoney Creek Ranch provides urban youth with the opportunity to learn about God’s love in the beautiful setting of the Texas hill country. Campers try new activities in the great outdoors such as climbing the ropes course, blobbing, fishing, kayaking, seeing a deer, playing ultimate frisbee and more. They grow in self-confidence and deepen connections with others, all while learning how they are eternally loved by God who offers new life to those who trust Him. Relationships grow best through shared experiences, so Stoney Creek provides fun, engaging activities designed to test initiative, develop perseverance, and foster servant-leadership. The Gospel is shared through small group bible studies, praise, and worship led by Stoney Creek’s staff.
From June through mid-August, this five-day, four-night camping experience invites thousands of underserved kids the opportunity to establish new friendships, learn new things, and change their lives forever.
