Robert joins the Stoney Creek team with 22+ years of hospitality & culinary operations experience. Starting out in restaurants in New York at the age of 15, Robert quickly worked his way up through the hospitality world, college & then a culinary internship in Italy before deciding on making his career full-time banquets & private events. Robert’s experience includes conference centers, hotels, theme parks & universities specializing in making wonderful high volume event memories for guests & clients around the country. Before joining Stoney Creek, Robert was previously Executive Chef at Georgetown University & Conference Center, Director of Culinary Operations for Legacy Senior Living/Champion Hills Country Club & most recently Executive Banquet Chef of the Downtown Aquarium in Houston Texas. Robert is a graduate of the State University of New York at Canton & L’Academie de Cuisine in Washington D.C. When not on the job, Robert enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters, golf, travel & the outdoors.
